Basic projects - 2

Hello, I need the creation of 2 academic projects (client profile, mood board, I already have more theoretical stuff).

1st, the creation of a commercial project, an optical store, in the clean palette tones of light green and white

Graphic pieces (deliver in this order):
• Store plan with layout (furniture) and graphic treatment (colors)
(A3 size butter paper with hand-drawn drawing, or digital A3 sheet) scale: 1:50;
• Jirau plan with layout and graphic treatment, scale 1:50.
• Elevations with furniture and decoration:
o Elevation 1, display window;
o Elevation 2, right side of the store;
o Elevation 3, left side of the store;
o Elevation 4, back wall;
• 2 Perspectives of the store (hand-drawn or on the computer).
Indicate the general dimensions of the rooms, which can be internal - without lines and in the middle of the wall (you can change their location so that they are not on top of another drawing); Indicate the dimensions of the circulation with a dimension between the furniture; Name the rooms. Indicate furniture, finishes, accessories and coverings by drawing a line outside the drawing, and writing its model or even placing a photo of it. 2² - Creation of an educational library project Floor plan with furniture layout considering aspects of accessibility to the room and assertive choices related to the chosen institutional theme. Pay attention to the dimensions of the furniture, circulation spaces, lighting, landscaping, in short, the elements chosen to compose the project. You can use leader lines to point out relevant details in the project. 3. Sections and/or views that illustrate the details of the decorative scheme. Consider a ceiling height of 3m (minimum 4).

The sections/views must show the elements highlighted in your project.

Include a human scale for better visualization of the spaces in relation to the users.

4. Project perspective (minimum 1).

You can use free techniques - hand drawing or computer graphics.

Choose an angle that enhances your project.

Suggestions of tools that can be used in different stages of the project: -

AutoCAD software (free for students) - Sketchup Web (free 2D and 3D drawing software) - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe Photoshop - Planner 5D (free application that can be used on a cell phone to draw floor plans and 3D perspectives), and others,

or even hand-drawn drawings.

IMPORTANT: The delivery must be made in a single PDF file - with all the work.
