Job Vacancy: Digital Marketing and Social Media Management Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Management Specialist to work with our investment advisory firm. The goal is to boost our online presence, position our brand as a reference in the market and, in the future, promote the sale of digital products such as e-books. The professional must be responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategies on social media and other digital channels.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement a digital marketing strategy aimed at the target audience (high-income men, businesspeople, doctors and engineers). Define growth, engagement and conversion goals.

Social Media Management: Plan, create and schedule posts on the main social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube). Keep the editorial calendar organized and with relevant content.

Content Creation: Develop original content (texts, images and videos) for social media, blog articles and e-books, ensuring that it is appropriate for the target audience and aligned with the company's branding strategy.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media posts, adjusting strategies as necessary. Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and others to generate monthly performance reports.

Ad Management (Paid Media): Create and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Focus on acquiring qualified leads and promoting digital products, such as e-books.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop SEO strategies to increase organic traffic to the website, blog and social media. Work on keyword optimization and good SEO practices for e-books.

Branding and Positioning: Assist in building and consolidating the brand on social media, seeking to increase the company's authority in the investment segment.

Creating a Digital Sales Funnel: Develop and manage sales funnels to generate and qualify leads, focusing on the customer journey from first contact to conversion, including the sale of digital products (e-books).

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication or related areas.

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, especially with a focus on brand positioning.

Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and other paid media platforms.

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite).

Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization) and copywriting.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator or similar) to create visual content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive texts adapted to the target audience.

Familiarity with digital sales strategies and launching online products, such as e-books, will be a plus.

Proactivity, creativity and the ability to work independently, managing deadlines and demands.

Differentials:

Experience in the financial market or in companies that serve a similar target audience (businesspeople, high-income professionals).

Knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot, RD Station, MailChimp) to create lead nurturing flows.

Familiarity with creating and implementing sales funnels for digital products.

Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Facebook, HubSpot) are a plus.
