In these places I learned to deal with different types of clients from all over the world, as well as learned to deal with different cultures and behavior, while being part of the best teams.
I have also worked with luxury accommodation in Rio de Janeiro for over 4 years where I assisted the AAA public, including CEO's, athletes and ambassadors, creating all the business plan, from scratch until the booking, everything online (chat, e-mail and phone support).
I have also worked on online projects, including social media, blog and digital marketing (directed to sales).
My education is completely towards Digital Marketing, Sales & Customer Support.
