The creation of a dashboard in Google Sheets to monitor and track the progress of the customer service team. The goal is to consolidate relevant information for analyzing performance and customer satisfaction.
Dashboard Requirements:
Volume of Service:
Graph showing the total number of service calls per day/month.
NPS (Net Promoter Score):
Average NPS over time, with corresponding graph.
CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score):
Average CSAT, showing comparative graphs.
Main Reasons for Contact:
Pie or bar chart showing the distribution of the main reasons for contact.
Customers Who Contact Us Most:
Table listing the main customers by number of service calls.
TMA (Average Service Time) and TME (Average Waiting Time):
Line graphs showing the evolution of TMA and TME over time.
Implementation:
The dashboard must be functional and accessible online on the company's server, allowing the team to view metrics in real time.
