Corporate controlling has a small team up to five
analysts where I supervise they at P&L analysis in
the country. (We have most be 100 plants). The
most important projects where I participe as:
- Change the our ERP to Senior Systems;
- Create a revenues and costs provisions
automatic (Huge gains in time and accuracity)
- Industrial Performances Analysis (This projects it's
in execution). (Energy, Water, Boiler, Costs per
Worked Hour, and others)
- Envolved at logistics projects (Change CAPEX
to OPEX)
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Envolved at Cash Flow discussions
- Monthly report to France
