I am looking for a virtual assistant (who speaks English) to help me with marketing client demands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage clients (3-4 clients): Take charge of communication with clients (in English), responding to messages and organizing projects, demands, feedback, approvals, etc.
- Manage projects: Organize demands and deadlines based on client communications, defining what needs to be delivered and when.
- Organize folders and files.
- Optional: Assistance in content creation.
Requirements:
- Organization and responsibility with deadlines.
- Advanced English.
- Experience (or interest in learning) in social media/digital marketing will be a plus.
Frequency: 8-10h/week
Schedule: Flexible
